The Eternal Etiquette Epic

In a world where manners never sleep,
Politeness is a prize we all must keep.
“Please” and “thank you” everywhere you go,
Forgetting them might land you in a social woe.

When neighbors meet, they bow and smile,
Engaging in small talk, mile after mile.
“How’s the weather? How’s your pet?”
A conversation you won’t soon forget.

At the office, it’s a courteous spree,
“After you,” “No, after you,” “Let’s both have tea!”
Meetings delayed by endless niceties,
But who can be rude with such proprieties?

In restaurants, it’s a dance so sweet,
Apologizing profusely if your knees should meet.
Napkin on lap, fork in hand,
Heaven forbid you deviate from the plan!
